REFINANCE UDPATE

TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or Company ) wishes to provide shareholders with an update regarding the refinance program.

The Company, the incoming debt funder and existing bondholders have been working closely over the last six weeks to finalise all elements of the refinance program and significant progress has been made since the last announcement to shareholders. Documentation is now at advanced stages, however it is not complete, and it is expected that it will take a couple of weeks to finalise.

Given the expected timing to complete, existing bondholders have agreed to a further three-week extension to the previously extended Euroclear Bond maturity date of 13 August 2021. The new maturity date is now 3 September 2021.

Commenting, Executive Chairman Craig Ransley said:

“Once again, the support of the existing bondholders has been well received. The Company appreciates their input and will continue to work with them closely over the next 3 weeks to close the new refinance program”.

This announcement has been approved by the Board for release.
