Transition of ownership now complete for Mongolia
Following the announcement on 12 June 2020, TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or the Company ) (ASX: TER) is pleased to announce that the transition of ownership of the Company’s Mongolian Assets, including the transfer of all legal entities related to the sale transaction, have now been completed.
Finalising the transfer of ownership is a significant achievement for the Company and we wish the new owners, Bridge Resources Pte Ltd, success with both the Baruun Noyon Uul Coal Mine and the Enkhtunkh Orchon Coal Mine into the future.
This announcement has been approved by the Company’s Disclosure Committee for release.
