REFINANCE UPDATE
Following the announcement by TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or Company ) on 11 September 2020 regarding the debt refinance program and further information regarding terms of a proposed ASX listed retail bond with detachable options (released within an investor presentation to the ASX on 22 September 2020), the Company has been inundated with queries from shareholders as to how they may participate in any retail bond to be offered.
Whilst specific details of any retail bond offer have not yet been finalised, the Company is pleased to advise shareholders that it has set up a specific e-mail address for shareholders (or other investors) to register their interest with respect to any retail bond to be offered in the near future.
TerraCom shareholders (or other investors) can e-mail [email protected] and provide their name and relevant contact details. Persons who register their interest will be notified as soon as any offer document is released by the Company regarding any retail bond, or other offer. Shareholders (or other investors) should note that this announcement does not constitute an offer of securities. Any offer of retail bonds will be made under a prospectus which will be lodged with ASIC and any applications for retail bonds will need to be made under such a prospectus.
The Company will continue to provide shareholders with updates regarding the debt refinance program via the ASX.
This announcement has been approved by the Company’s Disclosure Committee for release.
