BUSINESS UPDATE

Following the update to shareholders on 12 April 2021 regarding the review of its South African operations, TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or Company ) now wishes to notify of the following South African management changes.

Mr. Shammy Luvhengo (Chief Executive Officer, South Africa) and Mr. Tony Weber (Chief Operating Officer, South Africa) have both tendered their resignations. Mr. Luvhengo will continue to be involved with the South African business in his capacity as a Director of Ndalamo Resources (Pty) Ltd – the partner to a number of the Company’s South African operations.

Mr. Zirk Van Der Bank will join the Company in early Mary 2021 in the role of Chief Operating Officer, South Africa to replace Mr. Weber. Mr. Van Der Bank is a mining executive with over 26 years’ experience and has most recently worked with the Resource Generation Group (ASX: RES) for the last 4 years and prior to that Glencore Coal, South Africa. Zirk has a proven track record in successfully managing multiple mining operations to deliver superior production and financial results and is looking forward to overseeing the four operations within the SA business under the leadership of the Company’s Managing Director, Danny McCarthy.

To obtain further insight into how the improvements within the South African operations are progressing, Managing Director, Danny McCarthy, and Executive Chairman, Craig Ransley will present at a FREE webinar hosted by Share Café on Friday 23 April 2021 titled Share Cafe Webinar - Micro/Small Cap "Hidden Gems".

The webinar is FREE and is able to be viewed live on Zoom over the internet and will provide viewers the opportunity to hear from, and engage with, a range of ASX-listed leading micro/mid cap companies in addition to TerraCom.

The webinar will commence from 12:30pm (AEST) and shareholders can register for the webinar via the link below. A recorded copy of the webinar will be available to all shareholders who register.
