RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or Company ) wishes to notify shareholders that Mr Craig Wallace has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Wallace has been a Director of the Company since 2013 and has been a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees during that time. The Company is appreciative of the work and guidance Mr Wallace has provided throughout his time as Non-Executive Director.
On behalf of the Company, we wish him well and continued success for the future.
