2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, TerraCom Limited ( TerraCom or Company ) wishes to advise shareholders that the confirmed date for the FY2020 Annual General Meeting is Monday, 30 November 2020.
A formal notice of meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be sent to Shareholders in coming weeks.
An item of business at the upcoming Annual General meeting will be the re-election of Directors. The closing date for the receipt of any nominations in respect of the election of Directors is Monday, 26 October 2020. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5:00pm (AEST) on this date at the Company’s registered office address.
This announcement has been approved by the Company’s Disclosure Committee for release.
