GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, the article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 13.02.2024, proceeded on October 6, 2025 with the purchase of 8,000 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 22.1204 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 176,963.40 euros. Following this purchase, GEK TERNA S.A. holds in aggregate directly and indirectly 3,367,463 treasury shares, a percentage of 3.2560% of the total number of the issued shares.
