Rome, 30 July 2025 – Notice is given that the Dossier containing the Half-Year Report at 30 June 2025 (provided for in Art. 154-ter, paragraph 2, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998) - approved by the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. on 29 July 2025 - and the Independent Auditor's review Report, has been filed and made available to the public at the Company's registered office. Furthermore, the Dossier is published on the Company's website (www.terna.it) and on the website of the authorised storage service ().
