TERNA: DOCUMENTATION FILED

Rome, 6 May 2025 – Notice is given that, pursuant to Art. 77, subsection 2-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 ("Issuers' Regulations"), Terna S.p.A. has filed and made available to the public at the Company's Registered office the following documents:

• complete copies of the latest financial statements of its subsidiaries;
• the summary table containing essential data from the latest financial statements of the associated companies, pursuant to Art. 2429, subsection 3 of the Italian Civil Code.

Terna S.p.A. has also made the financial reporting packages of non-EU subsidiaries available to the public at the Company's Registered office. These reporting packages were prepared for the purpose of completing the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2024, pursuant to art. 15, subsection 1(a) of the Consob Regulation no. 20249/17 ("Market Regulations").
