Rome, 29 April 2025 – Notice is given that the following documents, approved by the Board of Directors of Terna S.p.A. at the meeting of 25 March 2025, as communicated to the market, have been filed with the stock exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and published on Terna's website (www.terna.it), on the website of the authorised storage service () and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it):

• the Terna Group's 2024 Annual Report, which contains the Report on Operations including the Consolidated Sustainability Statement prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 125 of 6 September 2024, the draft Financial Statements of Terna S.p.A. and the Terna Group Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2024, as well as the Reports of the Independent Auditors;
• the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to art. 153 of the Consolidated Law on Finance ("CLF");
• the Annual Report on Corporate Governance and ownership structure for the year ended 31 December 2024 pursuant to art.123-bis of the "CLF".

The documents are also filed and available to the public at Terna S.p.A Registered Office.
