Rome, 1 April 2022 – It is hereby notified that the Report on the remuneration policy and remuneration paid of TERNA S.p.A. has been filed at the stock-exchange management company Borsa Italiana S.p.A., published on the Company website (www.terna.it) and on the websites of the authorised storage service () and Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it). The Report, pursuant to art. 123-ter of the Consolidated Law on Finance ('CLF') and art. 84-quater of the Regulation adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as amended ("Issuers' Regulation"), was approved by the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. at the meeting of 24 March 2022.
