TERNA: S&P RAISES OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE

The rating agency improves the outlook of the national transmission system operator Long-term corporate credit rating was affirmed at BBB+

Rome, 29 October 2021 – Today, as a result of the affirmation of the Government of Italy's bond rating at 'BBB/A-2' and the change of the outlook from stable to positive, S&P Global Ratings consequently affirmed the long-term and short-term ratings of Terna S.p.A. (respectively 'BBB+' and 'A-2') and raised the outlook from stable to positive.
