TERNA: EMTN PROGRAMME UPDATED
Rome, 8 June 2023 - Terna S.p.A. has updated its "Euro Medium Term Note Programme" (EMTN) of Euro 9,000,000,000, as the maximum amount for subscription.
IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo and UniCredit acted as the Joint Arrangers of the Programme, which has been rated "BBB+/A-2" by S&P and "(P)Baa2/(P)P-2" by Moody's.
