TERNA: S&P CONFIRMS THE LONG-TERM RATING AND REVISES THE OUTLOOK

Rome, 29 July 2022 – Today, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) affirmed the long-term rating on Terna S.p.A. (Terna) at BBB+, a notch above the rating on the Italian Republic, and revised Terna's outlook to stable from positive.

The decision by S&P came after the recent review of the assessment of the Italian Republic by the rating agency.
