TERNA: EMTN PROGRAMME UPDATED

Rome, 8 June 2021 - Terna S.p.A. updated its "Euro Medium Term Note Programme" (EMTN). In the context of the update the maximum amount of the programme has also been increased to Euro 9,000,000,000.

IMI – Intesa Sanpaolo e UniCredit acted as the Joint Arrangers of the programme, which has been rated "BBB+/A-2" by S&P, "(P)Baa2/(P)P-2" by Moody's and "A-/S-1" by Scope.
