TERNA: EMTN PROGRAMME UPDATED

Rome, 09 June 2020 - Terna S.p.A. updated its Euro 8,000,000,000 "Euro Medium Term Note Programme" (EMTN).

Deutsche Bank and Citigroup acted as the Joint Arrangers of the programme, which has been rated "BBB+/A-2" by S&P, "(P)Baa2/(P)P-2" by Moody's, "BBB+" by Fitch and "A-/S-1" by Scope.
