TERNA: SLATES FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS PUBLISHED

Rome, 21 April 2026 – Notice is given that - with reference to the ordinary Annual General Meeting of Terna S.p.A., already convened for 12 May 2026 (in a single call) to resolve, among other things, on the renewal of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors - as of today, the following slates, submitted within the terms required by the shareholders for the appointment of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, have been filed at the Company Registered Office and published on the Company website (www.terna.it), as well as on the website of the authorised storage service “eMarket Storage” (www.emarketstorage.it):
