TERNA: LISTS OF CANDIDATES PUBLISHED FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Rome, 27 April 2020 – Please be informed that - with reference to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of TERNA S.p.A., called for 18 May 2020 (in a single call) to resolve, among other things, on the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors as of today, at the Company's registered office and published on the websites of the Company (www.terna.it/en), the authorised storage service () and Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (www.borsaitaliana.it) the following lists submitted within the terms required by the shareholders for the appointment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors have been made available:
