Thus, the share buyback programme carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting No. 1 of 29 April 2025 and Decision of the Board of Directors No. 15 of 14 May 2025 was completed, the Company having repurchased a total of 2.868.497 shares (worth RON 1,281,676.13).
