On February 13, 2024, TeraPlast Group's management team will hold a teleconference regarding the Group's unaudited preliminary financial results for 2023.

The teleconference will take place as follows:

• Starting with 1:00 PM (13:00) in Romanian language*
• Starting with 2:30 PM (14:30) in English language*

The teleconference will be hosted by:

• Alexandru Stanean – CEO
• Ioana Birta – CFO

The interested parties that wish to participate to the teleconference have to pre-register by sending an e-mail to investor.relations@teraplast.ro until February 12, 2024.

The registration e-mail must include:

• The participant's full name
• Contact details
• Company (if applicable)
• Questions regarding the teleconference topic
• The teleconference / hour they choose to participate to (1:00 PM for Romanian, 2:30 PM for English)

The report containing the unaudited preliminary financial results for 2023 will be available starting with 8:30 AM on February 12, on both BSE (TRP symbol) and on TeraPlast investors' site (https://investors.teraplast.ro/ ) – Financial Reports – 2023 – Q4.

The teleconference will be held using Cisco Webex Meetings application. Following the preregistering, the participants will receive an e-mail containing all the necessary details of access. The participants can join the teleconference from desktop/browser or by using the Cisco Webex Meetings app, available for both Android and iOS.
