TeraPlast SA informs the stakeholders, in accordance with provisions of Article 86(4) of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, about the resolution of the Board of Directors in the meeting that took place on October, 28, 2021.

The Board of Directors of TeraPlast approved the initiation of the necessary steps to change the address of the company's registered office in accordance with the notification received regarding the change of the street classification following which the company appears at the address: Saratel village, Sieu-Magherus commune, 1 TeraPlast Way, Bistrita-Nasaud county. Thus, the qualified representatives of the company will undertake the necessary steps on this matter.
