The Board of Directors of TeraPlast S.A. is informing its shareholders and potential investors, pursuant to the provisions of Article 86(4) of Law 24/2017 concerning the issuers of financial instruments and market operations (Republished), about the fact that during the meeting of 27th October 2022 the Board of Directors of TeraPlast S.A. has approved the opening of a business location in Galați, strada Lunca Siretului, numărul 1L, jud. Galați, as well as the updating of the Memorandum of Association of TeraPlast S.A. with the amendments thus occurred.

The location shall serve as logistics base for the distribution of indoor sewer systems and the products designed for infrastructure works. Thus, TeraPlast shall better respond to its partners' need in the south-east of Romania, respectively in the counties of Galați, Vrancea, Brăila, Tulcea, Constanța and Ialomița.
