The Board of Directors of TeraPlast S.A. is informing its shareholders and potential investors, in accordance with provisions of Article 85(3) of Law 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations, that within the 2nd August 2021 meeting, the Board of Directors of TeraPlast S.A. has approved the change of location and the object of activity of the business located in Iași, as well as the updating of the Memorandum of Association of TeraPlast S.A. with the changes thus resulted.

The change of location and the object of activity of the business location of Iași is taking place as a result of selling the window profiles business line.

TeraPlast SA closed the distribution activity through the Iasi warehouse and leased another space in Iași on Calea Chișinăului street, no. 132 C1, Iași county, where the regional office of TeraPlast will carry out its activity.
