In vederea asigurarii unei informari complete si corecte a actionarilor si potentialilor investitori, Societatea TeraPlast S.A. aduce la cunostinta publicului urmatoarele:

• 1. In data de 28 mai 2020, Societatea TeraPlast SA a primit o notificare cu privire la modificarea detinerilor si depasirea pragului de 5% din capitalul social, de la Allianz SE, societatea mama a societatii Allianz-Tiriac Pensii Private SAFPP, care administreaza in Romania entitatile mentionate mai jos:
• Fondul de pensii administrat privat AZT Viitorul Tau
• Fondul de pensii facultative privat AZT Moderato
• Fondul de pensii facultative privat AZT Vivace

In urma notificarii primite de catre TeraPlast SA, numarul total de actiuni detinute de entitatile de mai sus, dupa tranzactie, respectiv la data de 28.05.2020, este de 87.058.180 actiuni, ceea ce reprezinta 6,51% din capitalul social al TeraPlast S.A.

1. In data de 28 mai 2020, Societatea TeraPlast SA a primit o notificare cu privire la cesiunea drepturilor de vot, respectiv modificarea detinerilor sub pragul de 5% din capitalul social, de la Marley Magyarorszag Zrt..

Astfel, in urma tranzactiei care, conform notificarii a avut loc in 26 mai 2020, numarul total de actiuni detinute de Marley Magyarorszag Zrt la data de 28 mai 2020 este de 0 (zero), adica 0% din capitalul social al TeraPlast SA.

Notificarile indicate mai sus se regasesc ca anexa prezentului raport (lb. engleza).
