Teraplast announces that it was registered at the Trade Registry Office the transfer of the social parts related to the 50% stake bought by Teraplast in Depaco.

Depaco is the second player on the metallic tiles market in Romania and in 2016 the company realized a turnover of 127 million lei, EBITDA of 14.36 million lei and a net profit of 10.31 million lei.

In June, Teraplast bought an additional stake of 10% in Depaco, reaching a holding of 60% in the company.
