The Board of Directors of Teraplast SA informs its shareholders and potential investors that Teraplast concluded on November 21st 2017, a sale-purchase agreement for the acquisition of a 7% stake in the share capital of Depaco S.R.L., with Mr. Dragos Irimescu.

With this acquisition, Teraplast will acquire control over Depaco.

The purchase of the stake is conditioned by obtaining the approval of the Competition Council regarding the control exercised by Teraplast on Depaco.
