Significant events to report: Litigation involving the Company

TeraPlast S.A. informs the investors that it has been summoned in the case no. 5032/118/2025, pending before the Constanța Court, in opposition to a former employee of the Company, whose individual employment contract was terminated during the probationary period. The claim primarily requests the court to declare certain provisions of the individual employment contract, relating to the workplace, to be null and void. The plaintiff also requests payment of moral damages amounting to 1.5% of the Company's turnover for 2025 and legal costs. The plaintiff also made similar claims in the alternative, namely payment of the statutory daily allowance, moral damages amounting to 1% of the Company's turnover for 2025, and legal costs.

The Company considers that the former employee's claims are plainly unfounded and will file a defense, setting out all the arguments in support of its request to the court to dismiss the former employee's claims.
