The purpose of this letter is to announce my resignation from my post of Chief Financia! Officer in M/s Tera Software Limited, effective from 01.07.2023.
This was not an easy decision to make on my part. The past twenty-four years have been very rewarding. I have enjoyed working in Tera Software Limited.
Now, family circumstances at this time require my full attention and I have important issues to take care, which may interrupt to fulfill 100% of my duties at the Company.
Ishall be available till 30.05.2023 and request you to relieve me from my duties by EOD of 30.06.2023.
