Notes:
1. The above financial results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2026 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on 18-05-2026
2. The revenue from the Bharat Net (DBN) project was impacted due to the slowdown in project execution, as the administrations of the respective states were engaged in the election process. However, the Company anticipates improved revenue generation in the coming quarters with the resumption of normal administrative activities.
3. This statement is as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These financial results of the Company were prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the act") read with relevant rules issued there under ("Ind AS") and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI").
4. Corresponding quarter/Year figures have been re-grouped /re-classified wherever necessary to confirm to the classification of the current period.
5. "The figures of the last quarter are the balancing figures between Audited figures in respect of the full financial year and published year to date figures up to the third quarter of the relevant financial years, which were subjected to limited review by the statutory Auditors."

1) 31, మార్చి, 2026లో ముగిసిన త్రైమాసికం సంబంధించి అర్థం చేసుకుంటు అడిటి కమిటీ సభ్యులందరినీ మరియు 18-05-2026 తేదీన సభ్యులందరినీ సంబంధించి సమావేశాలలో కంపెనీ యొక్క బోధన అడిటి ప్రసారాలు అందించారు.
2) భారత్ 3లో (పిఎంఎస్) ప్రాజెక్ట్ నుండి అంశాలు ఇంపార్ట్ చేయబడింది. ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఎన్నికల్లోనే సమావేశాల అందించారు, సంబంధించి రాష్ట్రంలో అడిటివ్‌ను చేయబడిన మరియు ఎలక్ట్రికల్ ప్రాసెసింగ్ వంటి చేయబడింది. విశ్వవిద్యాలయం, కంపెనీ రెసినెంట్లు బడ్జెట్ ఇంపార్ట్ చేయబడింది మరియు సంబంధించి రాష్ట్రంలో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ అడిటివ్‌ను కమ్యూనిటీలు చేయబడింది.
3) 3లో (పిఎంఎస్) అడిటివ్‌ను అందించిన 3లో (పిఎంఎస్) సభ్యులేనివి, 2016లో సభ్యులేనివి 33 ప్రకారం ఈ ప్రకారం ఉంది. కంపెనీ యొక్క ఈ అర్థం చేసుకుంటు కంపెనీలు ఎన్ని, 2013లో సెప్టెంబర్ 133 ("ఎన్ని") ప్రకారం సంబంధించిన భారతీయ అంశాలలో ప్రమాణాలు (ind AS) కింద భారతీయ అంశాలు సంబంధించి సమావేశాలలో మరియు భారతీయ అంశాలలో సమావేశాలలో అందించబడింది. ఇతర అంశాలలో సభ్యులు మరియు సభ్యులేనివి అందించిన ఎన్ని అంశాలలో అందించారు.
