Sub: Resignation Letter
Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been my privilege to serve on the Board of Directors of the Company as an Independent Director.
I, T. Sivarama Prasad R/o Flat No.206, Tower-A, Indis One City, Backside of Malasian Township, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072, due to personal reasons, I do hereby tender my resignation from the Independent Directorship of the Company including the board committees and relieve me from my duties with immediate effect.
I confirm that there is no material reason for my resignation other than stated above.
