Reduction of share capital

In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2 May 2018, Telenor ASA has on 22 June 2018 reduced the share capital with a total of NOK 179,999,994. This is done by cancelling 13,810,438 own shares and by redeeming 16,189,561 shares held by the Kingdom of Norway through the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries.

The share capital subsequent to the capital reduction is NOK 8,828,748,186 divided into 1,471,458,031 shares, each with a par value of NOK 6.00.
