Experian acquires Tapad

Telenor has agreed to divest Tapad, a leading cross-device identity data provider, to Experian Holdings, Inc., for a total enterprise value consideration of USD 280 million (around NOK 2.5 billion).

The net cash flow to Telenor is approximately USD 260 million (around NOK 2.4 billion), with a corresponding pre-tax gain on disposal of USD 230 million (around NOK 2.1 billion), which will be recognised in the fourth quarter.
