Telenor reports 94.36% ownership share in DNA

The preliminary results of the mandatory tender offer indicate that Telenor now controls 94.36% of DNA. Telenor has decided to extend the offer period until 10 October in order to give the remaining shareholders an opportunity to accept the offer.

Following the completion of the mandatory tender offer, Telenor will start a process to delist the company from the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
