Telenor Group’s subsidiary in Bangladesh, Grameenphone, has today announced its results for the first quarter 2023. Telenor’s consolidated figures in NOK million are as follows:

EBITDA before other items 2,208 2,281

Operating profit 1,472 1,519

CAPEX excl. spectrum licences 670 403

Service revenues in local currency increased by 3%, and EBITDA increased by 3%. During the quarter the number of subscriptions increased by 1 million.
