Telenor Group's subsidiary in Bangladesh, Grameenphone,

announced its second quarter 2016 results on 17 July.

Telenor's consolidated figures in NOK million are as

follows:

During the quarter the number of subscriptions increased by

0.624 million to 56.909 million. The subscription base was

7% higher than at the end of second quarter last year.
