Telenor refinances revolving credit facility with 12 banks

Telenor has signed a EUR 2,000,000,000 multicurrency and sustainability linked revolving credit facility (“Facility”) with a syndicate of 12 banks. The Facility matures in April 2023, with options for extension until April 2025 on certain terms. The Facility replaces an existing credit facility due to expire in April 2021. The syndicate consists of the following banks (in alphabetical order): Barclays, Citi, Danske Bank, DNB, HSBC, ING, Mizhuo, MUFG, Nordea, SEB, SMBC and Standard Chartered. Citi, ING and Nordea have acted as coordinators for the Facility.
