Telenor ASA - Issuance of bonds

Telenor ASA has on 12 March 2019 issued the following bond tranches under the company's EMTN programme:

- SEK 2,750,000,000, coupon 3M Stibor +0.48%, maturity 20 September 2021,

- SEK 2,500,000,000, coupon 3M Stibor + 0.80%, maturity 19 March 2024,

- SEK 2,000,000,000, fixed coupon 1.125%, maturity 19 March 2024.

All tranches will settle on 19 March 2019. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The bonds will be listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange. DNB Markets, Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the issuances.
