New employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA

New employee representatives to the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA

The Corporate Assembly of Telenor ASA has on 19 June 2017 elected

Roger Rønning and Sabah Qayyum as new employee representative

members to the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA. The new directors

will succeed Åse Selfjord and Brit Østby Fredriksen. Harald Stavn

was re-elected as employee representative.

After these changes, the Board of Directors of Telenor ASA

consists of:

- Jacob Aqraou

- Sally Davis

- Jon Erik Reinhardsen

- Grethe Viksaas

- Jørgen Kildahl

- Roger Rønning (employee representative)
