Executive Vice President Jon Gravråk to leave Telenor Group

Jon Gravråk, Executive Vice President and Head of Digital Businesses, has decided to leave Telenor Group to pursue opportunities outside the company. Per Simonsen, currently Senior Vice President and Head of Internet of Things, will take over as acting Head of Digital Businesses.

The changes will take place from 1 January 2018. As acting Head of Digital Businesses, Per Simonsen will not enter into Group Executive Management but will report to Executive Vice President Petter Børre Furberg, who in addition to being Cluster Head of Emerging Asia will also handle the executive responsibility for Digital Businesses until further notice.

Gravråk joined Telenor Group in December 2015. He has been driving the company's digital businesses portfolio including Internet of Things, financial services, online classifieds and data analytics, as well as digital distribution.
