Telenor introduces a new committee to support its Group Executive Management

In October 2015, Telenor established a new Group Executive

Management that included the local Chief Executive Officers

(CEOs) from all markets. With the new executive management

team in place, Telenor Group today introduces a Group

Executive Committee, which will be a supplement to the Group

Executive Management. The committee will ensure

coordination, secure end-to-end execution in group

functional areas, manage day-to-day business and help

prepare for and follow-up with Group Executive Management

and Board meetings. The Group Executive Committee will

consist of the following members, who also remain members of

Group Executive Management:

-Sigve Brekke (Group CEO)

-Morten Karlsen Sørby (acting Group CFO)

-Jon Erik Haug (Head of Group People)

-Wenche Agerup (Head of Group Corporate Affairs)

-Vivek Sood (Head of Group Markets)

-Ruza Sabanovic (Head of Group Technology)

-Berit Svendsen (CEO of Telenor Norway)

-Lars Åke Norling (CEO of dtac)

The Group Executive Management team remains unchanged.
