General Counsel Pål Wien Espen resigns from Telenor Group

General Counsel, Pål Wien Espen, has entered into an agreement

to terminate his employment with Telenor Group. Mr. Espen has

been on temporary leave of absence since 11 November 2015.

The Deloitte review conclusion will be announced at a Telenor

press conference today at 11.00 am CET.
