Hilde Tonne appointed CEO of Telenor's and TeliaSonera's joint venture in Denmark

On 1 July 2015, Ms. Hilde Tonne has been appointed CEO for

Telenor's and TeliaSonera's future joint venture in

Denmark. In addition, Søren Abildgaard and Dennis Kilian

have been appointed Deputy CEO and CFO, respectively.

Hilde Tonne has been a member of Telenor Group's executive

management team since 2007, with responsibility for

Telenor Group's Industrial Development since September

Søren Abildgaard has been CEO of Telia Denmark since

January 2011, and Dennis Kilian has been CFO of Telia

Denmark since March 2013.

Tonne, Abildgaard and Kilian will commence their new

positions once new joint venture has been established,

following the EU Commission's approval of the merger which

is expected during second half of 2015. Prior to that,

Hilde Tonne will on 1 August start as program manager for

a small Copenhagen-based team of employees from

TeliaSonera and Telenor, preparing the merger of the two

Danish business units.

Following today's appointment, Ms. Tonne will step down

from Telenor Group's executive management team with effect

from 1 August 2015.
