Financial Statements for 2019

On 24 March 2020, the Board of Directors of Telenor Group approved the financial statements for 2019 for issuance, subject to approval by the Annual General meeting on 11 May 2020. Attached are the consolidated statements of income, comprehensive income, financial position, cash flows and changes in equity for 2019.

There are no changes in the financial statements compared to the preliminary and unaudited 2019 results reported by Telenor Group on 29 January 2020, except for two minor adjustments:

• Reclassification of MNOK 487 in pension funds from pension obligations to pension funds classified as Other non-current assets in the statement of financial position.

• Reclassification of MNOK 363 from non-current lease liabilities to current lease liabilities in the statement of financial position.
