General meetings in PHP and Finda approve sale of stakes in DNA to Telenor

Reference is made to Telenor’s the stock exchange announcement on 9 April 2019 regarding agreements with PHP Holding Oy and Finda Telecoms Oy to acquire their respective stakes (in total 54 %) in the Finnish telecom operator DNA. As scheduled, general meetings have today been held in PHP and Finda. Both general meetings approved the proposed sale of respective stakes in DNA to Telenor. Telenor expects the transactions to be completed during the third quarter of 2019.
