Annual general meeting held in Telenor ASA

The Annual General Meeting of Telenor ASA was held on

Wednesday 14 May 2014, at the company's head office at

Fornebu outside Oslo. All proposals on the agenda were

adopted, cf. notice of the Annual General Meeting

announced on 22 April 2014.
