New shares of Tecnotree Corporation registered with the trade register

Tecnotree Corporation Stock Exchange Release 1 September 2021 at 10:00 EET

Tecnotree Corporation (“Tecnotree”) has completed a directed issue of new shares (the “New Shares”) to Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy and Oy Hammaren & Co Ab, as previously announced by the company. Tecnotree announced the final result of the share issue on 4 August 2021.

A total of 30,577,778 New Shares subscribed in the share issue have been registered with the trade register today on the 1st of September 2021. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company’s registered shares is 313,206,206 shares.

The New Shares will be registered in the book-entry system on or about 1 September 2021. The New Shares are intended to be admitted to trading on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. on or about 2 September 2021.
