Tecnotree completes co-operation negotiations in Finland

Tecnotree Corporation Stock Exchange Release 28th October 2014 at 10 am The co-operation negotiations started on the 8th October have been completed. The negotiations concerned the whole personnel in Finland but the planned measures mainly focused on the Value Added Services business unit. The staff reduction will be in total 12 employees of which 8 via lay-offs and 4 via other voluntary measures. These measures will lead to over one million Euros cost savings per annum. The related savings will in major part be effective as of the beginning of the year 2015.
