Tecnotree Corporation Stock Exchange Release 27 March 2015 at 4.15 pm EET The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Tecnotree Corporation was held today, 27 March 2015, in Helsinki. The Board of Directors of Tecnotree had, in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, convened the Extraordinary General Meeting to decide on the application for the commencement of restructuring proceedings made by the Board of Directors to the District Court of Espoo on 5 March 2015. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders resolved to approve the application made by the Board of Directors for the commencement of restructuring proceedings and that the restructuring proceedings be continued.
