CHANGES TO THE 2025 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), October 16, 2025 – Pursuant to article 2.6.2 of Borsa Italiana's Regulation for Equity Market, Technoprobe S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors' meeting to approve turnover data, EBITDA and net financial position figures as at September 30, 2025 (unaudited), will be held on November 10, 2025, instead of November 12, 2025 (as communicated on November 13, 2024).
