Cernusco Lombardone (LC), 27 maggio 2026 – Technoprobe S.p.A., società quotata su Euronext Milan e leader nella progettazione e produzione di probe card (la "Società" o "Technoprobe") informa di aver ricevuto in data odierna da T-PLUS S.p.A., nonché dagli azionisti Cristiano Alessandro Crippa e Roberto Alessandro Crippa il seguente comunicato, che si riporta di seguito letteralmente, con richiesta di pubblicazione. Il testo del comunicato che segue è, pertanto, pubblicato in nome e per conto degli azionisti ivi individuati.
"Relativamente alla vendita fuori mercato di complessive n. 16.233.670, T-Plus, anche in nome e per conto di Cristiano Alessandro Crippa e Roberto Alessandro Crippa, dichiara che l'operazione è frutto di una negoziazione privata perfezionata in data 22 maggio 2026, nell'ambito della quale è stato individuato un partner industriale la cui scelta è stata focalizzata unicamente ad uno sviluppo strategico di Technoprobe S.p.A. nel settore trainante dei semiconduttori. Tale comunicato viene reso esclusivamente ai fini di una migliore comprensione da parte del mercato delle informazioni pubblicate in data 26 maggio 2026 ai sensi della normativa di internal dealing".

Cernusco Lombardone (LC), May 27, 2026 – Technoprobe S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan and a leader in the design and manufacture of probe cards (the "Company" or "Technoprobe"), announces that it has received today the following press release from T-PLUS S.p.A., as well as from shareholders Cristiano Alessandro Crippa and Roberto Alessandro Crippa, with a request for publication. The text of the press release below is therefore published below verbatim, on behalf of and in the name of the aforementioned shareholders.
"With reference to the off-market sale of a total of 16,233,670 shares, T-Plus, also on behalf of Cristiano Alessandro Crippa and Roberto Alessandro Crippa, declares that the transaction is the result of a private negotiation finalized on May 22, 2026, in the context of which an industrial partner was identified whose selection was focused solely on the strategic development of Technoprobe S.p.A. within the leading semiconductor sector. This announcement is made exclusively for the purpose of enabling the market to better understand the information disclosed on May 26, 2026 pursuant to internal dealing regulations."
